And now comes a lefty federal judge from New Orleans declaring that the Army Corps of Engineers was guilty of failing to 'maintain the levees' protecting the cities.
This entire arguement is disingenuine by U.S. District Judge Stanwood Duval considering that never ending stream of lawsuits filed by environmental activist groups such as the Sierra Club to prohibit the Corps of Engineers from following through on their plans and perhaps endangering the environment of this creature or that one.
Liberals really ought to remember that the toilet that is New Orleans was flushed by God and it will be flushed again and it is throwing good money after bad to invest another dime in that town. If the liberals truly cared about the environment then they would allow the entire New Orleans area and that part of Louisiana to return to it marshland wilderness.
Looking for blame liberals, look inward.
