"But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand." Ezekiel 33:6 ....and then on the other hand....
"....When I bring the sword upon the land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman: If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul." Ezekiel 33:2-5.
It seems I am a tad selfish. Sure I want to see you saved even as it is written; "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up." II Peter 3:9-10.
Like a thief in the night....and yet if you have ears to hear, you can avoid all of this. Before that time comes, the trump of the Lord shall sound and his will be caught up with him in the air with the dead in Christ rising first and those of us which remain joining them. If you miss that trumpet...I will not be held accountable nor will the many other voices that are speaking to you ever louder. 10 virgins, 5 wise ones will be taken up, those that kept their lamps full, five will not. One will be left in the field, the other taken up...and so on and so on in so many parables that Jesus Christ has given us in his word.
We have gone through 69 weeks of church history, 69 weeks of years and then we have paused for more than 2,000 years now so that we the gentile may have a chance to join the people of the covenant with the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Daniel's 70th week, 7 years is that peace treaty (read: revived Oslo Accord), to be signed in the near future. After the signing, the first 3.5 years is known as the wrath of the Lamb during which many dramatic happenings take place on the earth and within the earth such as volcanic eruptions, greater and greater storms and earth quakes and the Jew will be permitted to rebuild that temple, for the third time. At the mid point, Satan will inhabit the one known as the Anti-Christ and this one will himself sit on the throne in that temple defiling it and declaring himself to be God. The last 3.5 years is known as the Great Tribulation or the wrath of God and you will not withstand this time period.
As the age of the gentile draws to a close and I suspect it will do so on some upcoming Rosh Hashanah which is September 9th this year, or another in the near future...will you heed the warning? "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." II Thessalonians 4:16-17.
Do you honestly believe that weak, evil men...any man, will usher in a utopia wherein we will all live in piece in harmony. Wherein the lion will lie down with the lamb? Do you honestly believe that the deceitful hearts of men could even conceive of such a place? Our President Obama is not that man. George Soros is certainly not that man. Pope Benedict is not that man. The next pope, Petras Romanus (Peter of Rome) will not be that man. Do you honestly believe that God is a liar...that when he tells us that the 'generation alive when Israel becomes a nation again will not pass until Jesus returns', that you ought not believe him. Against all odds, Israel became a nation again in 1948 and as generations go, is getting old....do you honestly believe we have time for another 'reset'...another time for America to be great after having killed her 50 millioneth child in the womb and still counting, I might add. Each day we look more like Sodom or Gomorrah and have cast God from our public places, our new dollar coin and most importantly, from our hearts.
I honestly do not know what you believe but as for me and mine, we will follow the Lord. And, you have been warned once again.
