My good friend Emery sent me this email regarding this event and I plan to attend. Sooner or later, if they get Obama's health care bill passed, Warsaw will be home to an assault on their orthopedic industries and other makers of medical devices unprecedented in rule of law. Onerous taxes, reaching 50 billion over 10 years, ridiculous mandates for employee healthcare will also drive these companies to necessarily lay off thousands of our Kosciusko County neighbors.
Bayh has to know. Do not trust Lugar on this nor on cap and trade...call, email, fax, or plain old scream at those two yahoos. You do know they are twins joined at the hip, don't you?

Thomas Paine proclaimed, “These are the times that try men’s souls…that the harder the conflict the more glorious the triumph.” Almost everyone seems to think that someone should do something about the frightening trajectory of our federal government.
Well someone has, will you join us? Make plans to attend Indiana’s first state-wide tea-party, “Countdown to Judgment Day – Hoosiers Making a Difference in 2010” from 12PM until 3PM, November 21st at Lakeview Middle School in Warsaw, Indiana. Groups from throughout the state, including those in Indianapolis, Valparaiso, South Bend, and Fort Wayne are gathering together to make a visual statement that patriotism is not dead, that most Americans care deeply about our Constitution.
If there ever was a time to stand together, it is now! And this is the event, “Countdown to Judgment Day” with thousands of Hoosiers coming together - salt-of-the-earth Americans, sons and daughters of liberty uniting to show Washington we are determined to take our country back. We will not accept bailouts, cap and trade, out of control spending, government run health-care, higher taxes, and most of all, politicians who ignore our sacred Constitution. 2010 could well be our country’s Armageddon. With the very survival of our Republic in the balance, our involvement and commitment during the next twelve months is critical.
If you have voiced your concern, then now is the time to rally. Hear contemporary firebrands who will challenge you to make a difference; participate in a cutting-edge, candid discussion of the issues with our Senatorial candidates; learn practical, savvy strategies to insure success on election-day.
Remember, if Thomas Paine were alive today he would remind us that freedom is a precious commodity, that Washington has an army of bureaucrats to enforce its tyranny, and that it has declared its right to tax and interfere with almost every aspect of our lives. Then Thomas Paine would stand and shout, “If being bound in that manner is not slavery, then there is not such a thing as slavery upon earth!”
