Come on Chuck. I know you need to appear to be offended that 849 million dollars of the 1.2 billion dollars allocated from the stimulus bill for renewable energy is going to foreigners making wind turbines.

I mean, we have been such horrible polluters, that we are scheduled to pay more than 11 times more than Europe, twice as much as Russia and twice as much as China.
